FORBIDDEN FRUIT
Lined up at Fenway Theater
to see "Catch Me If You Can,"
when I stumbled to the
very edge of my grave,
as I asked for my first
senior citizen discount
ever.
The apple tasted so sweet,
but was it worth the $2
savings I wondered while
dragging my aging self
home, caught at last.
